I am Staci Glazier, owner of Glaze: An Innovative Salon. I opened my own business in September of 2009. My mission is to make every client shine by looking and feeling their best.

I have worked in several salons in both the New Haven and Hartford area. I continue to be professionally trained by Redken, Joico, TiGi, as well as many other well-respected companies, as I strive to stay current. I specialize in all aspects of hair color. In my 30+ years in this industry, I have made a name for myself as one of the best colorists/stylists in the New Haven area.

In addition to my salon, I have had wonderful opportunities to work as a stylist for entertainment companies. I have been the stylist for many of their celebrity dancers, actors, and singers.

THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE

At Glaze: An Innovative Salon, my clients are my tribe, and my tribe is my family. My goal is to ensure that all of my clients feel valued and comfortable, as well as for them to know that they are in a safe place.

To further ensure the best experience possible, I provide 1:1 appointments where my clients and I are able to explore the limitless potential for not only their hair, but also their self-esteem.
